When we think of loft insulation our first thoughts often go to loft roll, here at Insulation UK we offer the full range of standard and acoustic loft rolls however we also offer insulation for between the loft rafters , loft boards and accessories including loft legs. Our sustainable range lets you use a more eco-friendly loft insulation than the traditional mineral wool/glass commonly used when insulating a loft.

Loft Roll Insulation

The most common form of loft insulation is loft roll. Available in a variety of thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm, the standard loft roll has perforations to ensure it fits between standard joists and reduces the need for measuring. Here at Insulation UK we offer major brands such as Knauf Loft Roll 44, Superglass Multi Roll and our sustainable range from Thermafleece includes the CosyWool range - made from 75% British Sheeps Wool and the SupaSoft range made from recycled plastic bottles.

Between Rafter Insulation

Designed for insulating the rafters in your loft , there is a variety of loft insulation materials available. The Knauf Rocksilk or the Rockwool RWA45 ranges are ideal, coming in a variety of thicknesses and a low thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/mK, these mineral wool slabs are not only an ideal way to insulate your loft rafters but also offer great acoustic properties and are fire resistant.

Loft rafter insulation, is also known as pitched roof insulation and the Kingspan K107 is an ideal solution for attic conversions and renovations. This phenolic insulation, offers excellent thermal properties, resists sagging and is lightweight and easy to install.

Our own range of pre-cut insulation in widths of 400mm and 600mm is a cost effective way of insulating loft rafters. Ranging from 25mm to 100mm in thicknesses these PIR strips are made from Recticel insulation.

Acoustic Loft Insulation

Ideal when creating usable spaces within your loft/attic and you need something that not only offers excellent thermal properties but also can be used to help reduce the transmission of noise. Acoustic loft roll from Knauf and Superglass and acoustic rafter insulation from Rockwool are cost effective and easy to install solutions.

Sustainable Insulation

Looking for a more eco-friendly alternative to the traditional loft roll, then the two ranges from Thermafleece; Cosywool and SupaSoft are ideal. Cosywool is made from 75% British sheeps wool, and SupaSoft is made from recycled plastic bottles and is the same make-up of duvets.

Loft Boards

Our own brand of insulated loft boards/loft deck are OSB boards combined with PIR insulation enabling you to create a safe usable space within your loft. We also offer standard OSB loft boards, ideal when boarding an insulated loft. These loft panels are ideal to use with our loft storage solutions

Loft Storage and Access

We don't just supply the insulation, we can also help you complete your loft project and get everything in one delivery.
