Formerly known as Kingspan Styrozone , The Kingspan Greenguard range is an extensive range of high performance rigid extruded polystyrene insulants for roof, wall and floor insulation. Rigid extruded polystyrene insulation offers the following benefits:

Rigid extruded polystyrene insulation (XPS) has the necessary compressive strength to make it the product of choice for specialist applications such as heavy-duty flooring, car park decks and inverted roofing.

Greenguard is Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP).

Their closed-cell structure resists both moisture and water vapour ingress – a problem which can be associated with open cell materials such as mineral fibre and which can result in reduced thermal performance.

Unaffected by air infiltration – a problem that can be experienced with mineral fibre and which can reduce thermal performance.

Delivery Charges and Information

Delivery Charges
We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order.
For orders up to £500 ex- VAT the delivery charge is £50 ex-VAT
Orders above £500 ex VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Local Delivery Charge
For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL,
we offer a local delivery service.
For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is
£35 ex-VAT.
Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Order Processing Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the
next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after
your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once
your order is dispatched.
Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are
subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to
confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.
Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays
Please note that any orders placed on weekends or bank
holidays will be processed on the next working day. This may affect your
expected delivery time, so we advise placing your order accordingly. For more

Collections
To collect your order, please email us at sales@insulationuk.co.uk with
your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our
team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your
security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received,
your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for
collection.
Product Delivery Times
Most of our orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
