Product Description
Product Description
Bulk Buy 90mm Recticel Eurowall®+ is a rigid PIR board for full fill cavity wall insulation in masonry construction, supplied in bulk quantities for larger builds and multi-plot sites. Unlike the partial fill Eurowall® Cavity range, it fills the cavity completely, leaving only a 10mm minimum residual gap rather than a full air cavity, so it's worth confirming which specification your project calls for before ordering.
This bulk buy is supplied as 10 packs, with 10 boards per pack: 100 boards in total, covering 54.00m². Each board measures 1200mm x 460mm (1190mm x 450mm as manufactured, before the tongue and groove joint). At 90mm, the board delivers a thermal resistance (RD) of 4.05 m²K/W from a declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, and can help achieve a U-value of 0.18 W/m²K in a traditional 100mm cavity, useful where an existing wall design needs to be held rather than widened to hit a Part L target.
The tongue and groove profile on all four edges locks boards together during installation, cutting thermal bridging at the joints and adding protection against wind-driven rain and air leakage compared with a butt-jointed board. A grey alkali-resistant facing sits against the inner leaf, while a low-emissivity multi-layer aluminium foil faces into the residual cavity.
Maintain a minimum 10mm residual cavity throughout construction (larger residual cavities can be used where the project calls for it). The board is suitable for masonry cavity walls up to 25m in height, with additional requirements above 12m, and the BBA certificate covers use in any exposure zone. Install in line with the latest Recticel technical guidance, project specification and relevant building requirements.
Key Benefits of Bulk Buy 90mm Eurowall®+:

- Can help achieve a 0.18 W/m²K U-value in a traditional 100mm cavity
- Tongue and groove joints on all four sides for a locked fit and reduced thermal bridging
- Increased protection against wind-driven rain and improved wind-tightness at the joints
- Grey alkali-resistant facing to the inner leaf, low-emissivity foil facing to the cavity side
- Only a 10mm minimum residual cavity required, preserving wall thickness and internal space
- Suitable for masonry cavity walls up to 25m in height
- CE marked to EN 13165:2012 and manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
Good to know:
- Not the same as Eurowall® Cavity: this is the full fill board. If your design needs a residual air gap rather than a filled cavity, the partial fill Eurowall® Cavity board is the one you want.
- Board sizing: boards are 1190mm x 450mm as manufactured; the tongue and groove joint brings the installed, sold size to 1200mm x 460mm.
- Exposure and finish: the BBA certificate covers all exposure zones, but a render coat or other suitable finish may still be needed where that's standard practice for the build.
- Recticel supplies calculated Psi-value thermal bridging details for junctions and openings, for use in SAP calculations.
Buying by the pallet load keeps the whole wall on one delivery and one price, which matters more on a full plot than on a single pack.

Thermal performance helps show how effectively the product reduces heat transfer.
Thermal conductivity measures how readily heat passes through the material, so lower figures generally indicate better insulating performance.
R Value shows the material’s thermal resistance at that thickness, so higher figures generally mean stronger insulation performance.
These figures relate to the insulation product itself and should be considered alongside the full wall, roof or floor build-up when checking project requirements.
- Thermal Conductivity:
- 0.022 W/mK
- R Value:
- 4.05 M²K/W
Euroclass reaction to fire is the European EN 13501-1 classification used to show how a construction product behaves when exposed to fire.
The main scale runs from A1 and A2 at the highest end, through B, C, D and E, down to F.
A1 is non-combustible and A2 is limited combustibility, while lower classes indicate a greater contribution to fire.
Euroclass F is the lowest rating on this scale and indicates the weakest reaction-to-fire performance.
This is different from fire resistance, which relates to how long a complete wall, floor or roof build-up can resist fire.

- Euroclass F
