12mm Construction Board – One Board Multiple Applications
There are many different benefits to the 12mm Construction board for both the end user and stockists alike. Fibre cement boards are heavy duty, ideal for making strong partition walling that can withstand surface impact, making it the ideal choice for high traffic areas, such as corridors and communal areas. A further benefit of the 12mm Construction Board is that it accepts direct fixings without the need for these to be supported with timber stud work or additional battens. Its A1 fire rating also allows it to be used in places where fire protection is needed, e.g. stove backing. Its water-resistant properties allow it to be used internally and external for uses such as Render Carrier, EWI Systems or Cladding Receiver.

Delivery Charges and Information
At Insulation UK, we strive to provide clear and transparent

details of our delivery charges, minimum order requirements, and additional

Delivery Charges
We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order.
For orders up to £500 ex- VAT the delivery charge is £50 ex-VAT
Orders above £500 ex VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Local Delivery Charge
For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL,
we offer a local delivery service.
For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is
£35 ex-VAT.
Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Order Processing Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the
next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after
your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once
your order is dispatched.
Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are
subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to
confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.
Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays
Please note that any orders placed on weekends or bank
holidays will be processed on the next working day. This may affect your
expected delivery time, so we advise placing your order accordingly. For more
information on delivery times during weekends and holidays, please contact our

Collections
To collect your order, please email us at sales@insulationuk.co.uk with
your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our
team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your
security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received,
your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for
collection.
Product Delivery Times
Most of our orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
However, this time frame may extend to 5 working days for larger orders.
Specialty items may take between 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery
