Kingspan Thermafloor TF70 is a premium PIR floor insulation board designed for use in solid and suspended ground floor systems. With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K, it offers excellent energy performance in a slim and durable profile—ideal for new builds, extensions, and refurbishments.

TF70 is foil-faced on both sides, improving thermal resistance and reducing downward heat loss. It’s suitable for installation beneath screed, concrete slabs, or floating floor finishes, and is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
