Loft Insulation

Superglass loft insulation, can be used for new build and retrofit projects. Designed for use between and over the timber joists. With a thermal conductivity of 0.044 W/mK, this is an ideal insulation for cold pitched roofs. Most of the insulation in the range is perforated for easy cutting and installation.

Acoustic Roll

Acoustic roll is also known as acoustic partition roll or APR.  Providing both thermal and acoustic insulation for use in in internal walls & floors, timber and metal stud partitions, separating walls and floors and drylining systems. The Multi Acoustic Roll has a thermal conductivity of 0.044 W/mK, whilst the 50mm APR is 0.038 W/mK and the 25mm is 0.036 W/mK. 

Timber & Rafter Insulation

Superglass timber and rafter insulation is available in batt and roll form and is designed for external timber frame walls, warm pitched roofs and suspended timber floors. Easy to fit, and can be friction fitted. Excellent thermal properties with the Timber & Rafter 32 has a thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/mK and the Timber & Rafter Roll 40 0.04 W/mK.

Slab Insulation

Slab 32 is designed to provide both thermal and acoustic insulation for internal and separating walls and floors, timber frame roofs and floors, timber and metal stud partitions as well as light steel framing systems. Supplied in 600mm widths to allow friction fitting between common stud/joist spacing's, minimising gaps at joints and reducing on site cutting and waste.

Adapt Slab 35 is supplied at 400mm and 600mm widths, Adapt can be used in the same applications as Slab 32 but unlike Slab 32 this can be used in external timber frame walls and suspended timber ground floors. Thermal conductivity for Adapt is 0.035 W/mK.

Cavity Wall Insulation

Superwall 32 (0.032 W/mK) Superwall 34 (0.034 W/mK) & Superwall 36 (0.036 W/mK). This cavity wall insulation is supplied at 455mm wide to allow friction fitting between standard vertical wall tie spacing's. deigned to provide thermal insulation in full or partial fill in new external masonry cavity walls up to 25m in height for full fill and without restriction for partial fill. Designed to be used in domestic and commercial projects. BBA approved  and manufactured with a water repellent additive to resist moisture ingress.

Party Wall Insulation

Superglass Party Wall TF is designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation within timber frame party/separating wall cavities and standard Party Wall Roll is designed for masonry party/separating walls. Cut at  3 x 455mm widths to fit between standard wall ties. Both have a thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK

Cladding Mat

Superglass Cladding Mat 40 is designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation in the walls and roofs of twin skin profiled metal clad systems and portable & modular buildings.  The roll is 1200mm wide to suit commonly used rail and bracket systems.
