Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is a premium rigid PIR insulation board designed for use in flat roof constructions with adhered or mechanically fixed waterproofing systems. It’s suitable for a wide range of coverings including single-ply membranes, bitumen-based felts, mastic asphalt, and cold liquid-applied systems. With a low thermal conductivity of 0.024 W/m·K, TR27 delivers excellent insulation performance in warm roof designs.

TR27 is faced on both sides with coated glass tissue, making it highly compatible with bonded waterproofing applications while offering enhanced durability and dimensional stability. The board is suitable for installation over concrete, timber, and metal decks and offers strong compressive strength, making it ideal for areas exposed to light foot traffic or rooftop equipment.
