Kingspan Thermaroof TR24 Flat Roof Insulation Board

Kingspan Thermaroof TR24 is a robust PIR insulation board developed for flat roofs with bituminous waterproofing systems, including torch-on felt and mastic asphalt. With a thermal conductivity range of 0.024–0.027 W/m·K (depending on thickness), TR24 offers dependable thermal performance for warm roof constructions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The board is foil-faced on both sides, designed for use over concrete, timber, or metal decks. It provides excellent compressive strength, is BBA certified, and compatible with adhered or mechanically fixed waterproofing layers.
