Kingspan Kooltherm K107 is a high-performance phenolic insulation board designed for insulating pitched roofs at rafter level. With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.019 W/m·K, it offers excellent energy efficiency while keeping build-ups slim—ideal where space is limited or U-value targets are demanding.

K107 boards are foil-faced on both sides, improving thermal resistance and supporting compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations. Lightweight, rigid, and easy to install, these boards are suitable for both new builds and retrofit roof applications.
