40 sheets of 50mm thick arrived as ordered. Had to help driver handball the 3 packs of 12 that are wrapped in polythene. These are not easy to lift especially when they were rammed tight at the front of his load. More logistics organisation would have loaded it to the rear if I was first drop? Good driver and glad we got it into garage mostly intact. These sheets do not take knocks and lumps do come off. I have no experience of this material before, so have learned to be very careful when moving it around. If you cut with a handsaw or a jigsaw, a snowstorm envelops you. Bought a new workshop vacuum to keep the mess down. Today, made a homemade hotwire cutter using a 1.5m batten, two fence eyebolts and some wire attached to a car battery. Internet is filled with various versions. The wire heats up, and then slides through the foam like a hot knife through butter. Straight clean cuts with little or no mess. I am insulating a loft floor and rafters, so a lot of cutting....and all different sizes. Would buy again.
The best styrofoam out there. It ticks of all the safety measures and it's got everything we were looking for. Efficient delivery. Definitely will order again soon.
