The STS Construction Board is a heavy-duty fibre cement board highly recommended by many leading render manufacturers.

It’s high strength and density create an impact resistant, dimensionally stable and weatherproof construction board which lends itself for use as an external render carrier.

The simple fibre cement composition provides a perfect surface on which to receive thin coat render systems such as the brands stated below.

What is fibre cement board made of?

Portland Cement: binds the ingredients and is made with limestone, clay and iron. Cellulose Fibres: treated, organic fibres which act as a filler. Sand: highly durable and creates all weather performance. Water: dissolves the wood pulp; activates and hardens the cement. STS Construction Boards have no need of fibreglass mesh for strengthening, which of course is almost impossible to recycle and very irritable when cutting.

Delivery Charges

We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order. Please refer to the table below for specific charges:

Local Delivery Charge

For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL, we offer a local delivery service. For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is £35.00 ex-VAT. Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery within this range.

Minimum Order Requirements

We require a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT) or £180 (including VAT), plus delivery charges. This policy helps us maintain efficient order processing and delivery services. Ensure your order meets this requirement before proceeding to checkout. For questions or assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

Order Processing Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are calculated starting the day after your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Weekend Deliveries

Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.

Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays

Product Delivery Times

Where We Deliver

We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. For smaller orders, we may use third-party carriers. If you have specific delivery inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
