Product Description

90mm Recticel Eurowall+ Full Fill Cavity Wall Insulation Board is a high-performance PIR insulation board designed for full fill masonry cavity wall applications. It is used where a 90mm cavity insulation board is required as part of a wall build-up, helping to improve thermal performance while allowing for a 10mm residual cavity during construction.

Each board measures 1200mm x 460mm x 90mm and is supplied in a pack of 10 boards, covering 5.4m² per pack. With a declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and a thermal resistance value of 4.05 m²K/W, 90mm Recticel Eurowall+ provides a reliable insulation option for cavity wall projects where thermal performance, board fit and installation practicality all matter.

Recticel Eurowall+ features tongue and groove edges on all four sides, helping the boards fit closely together during installation. This edge profile supports better continuity between boards, helping to reduce gaps and minimise thermal bridging across the wall insulation layer.

The board is designed for use in masonry cavity wall construction and should be installed in line with the latest Recticel technical guidance, project specification and relevant building requirements. Whether you're working on new builds or renovations, 90mm Eurowall+ is engineered to simplify the installation process while delivering improved insulation performance.

Key Benefits of Recticel Eurowall+:

  • 0.022 W/mK thermal conductivity to support strong thermal performance.
  • R-value / thermal resistance of 4.05 m²K/W for the 90mm board.
  • Tongue and groove edges on all four sides to help boards fit closely together during installation.
  • Designed for use with a 10mm residual cavity, supporting conventional bricklaying techniques.
  • Helps reduce gaps between boards and limit thermal bridging across the insulation layer.
  • Low-emissivity reflective foil facing to the cavity side, with grey alkali-resistant foil facing to the inner leaf side.
  • Suitable for specified domestic and commercial masonry cavity wall constructions when installed in line with Recticel guidance.
  • Supplied as 10 boards per pack, covering 5.4m² per pack

Thermal Performance

Thermal performance helps show how effectively the product reduces heat transfer.

Thermal conductivity measures how readily heat passes through the material, so lower figures generally indicate better insulating performance.

R Value shows the material’s thermal resistance at that thickness, so higher figures generally mean stronger insulation performance.

These figures relate to the insulation product itself and should be considered alongside the full wall, roof or floor build-up when checking project requirements.

Thermal Conductivity:
0.022 W/mK
R Value:
4.05 M²K/W
Fire Performance

Euroclass reaction to fire is the European EN 13501-1 classification used to show how a construction product behaves when exposed to fire.

The main scale runs from A1 and A2 at the highest end, through B, C, D and E, down to F.

A1 is non-combustible and A2 is limited combustibility, while lower classes indicate a greater contribution to fire.

Euroclass F is the lowest rating on this scale and indicates the weakest reaction-to-fire performance.

This is different from fire resistance, which relates to how long a complete wall, floor or roof build-up can resist fire.

Euroclass F
