Introducing TEKFON Class 0 Black Fire & Acoustic Foam, a premium fire-rated and sound-dampening foam, available in an array of sizes and thicknesses. These versatile sheets and rolls come in either a plain format or with a user-friendly peel-and-stick adhesive backing (Please enquire for pricing and availability).
The foam's sound absorption quality is directly proportional to its thickness - the thicker the foam, the more effective its sound absorption capabilities. Given its high standards of fire resistance and sound-proofing, TEKFON Class 0 Black Fire & Acoustic Foam finds extensive applications in multiple domains. - Complies with Class 1 per BS476 part 7 for surface spread of flame
- Passes BS476 part 6 with fire propagation index less than 12 at 6mm

- Satisfies ASTM C411-04 for hot surface performance at 96 hours at 100 degrees C

The foam is resistant to growth of mildew and fungus and has a thermal conductivity value of 0.32 Btu-in/ft squared-hr-degree F at 6mm.

Delivery Charges
We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order.
For orders up to £500 ex- VAT the delivery charge is £50 ex-VAT
Orders above £500 ex VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Local Delivery Charge
For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL,
we offer a local delivery service.
For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is
£35 ex-VAT.
Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Order Processing Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the
next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after
your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once
your order is dispatched.
Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are
subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to
