Superglass Superwall 32 is a British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved, non-combustible and water repellent glass mineral wool insulation cavity wall batt. The flexible batt is supplied at 455mm wide to allow easy installation between standard vertical wall tie spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste.
Application
Superglass Superwall 32 is designed to provide thermal insulation in full or partial fill in new external masonry cavity walls, up to 25 metres in height for full fill and without restriction for partial fill, in new buildings of a domestic and non-domestic nature (additional requirements apply for buildings above 12 metres in height for full fill and above 25 metres in height for partial fill). Superwall 32 is BBA approved for use in all UK exposure zones (subject to conditions detailed in the BBA Certificate and NHBC Standards).

Delivery Charges and Information
At Insulation UK, we strive to provide clear and transparent
information regarding delivery charges and order processing. Below are the
details of our delivery charges, minimum order requirements, and additional
delivery options.
Delivery Charges
We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order.
For orders up to £500 ex- VAT the delivery charge is £50 ex-VAT
Orders above £500 ex VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Where indicated products are eligible for next day delivery (Monday to Friday), if ordered before 12pm (mid-day). If items not marked as next day are added to the basket, then your order will revert to the standard delivery times as advised on the product page.
Most orders will arrive on a pallet, please ensure there is someone present to accept the delivery. If no-one is present then a failed delivery charge may apply. When a delivery is made by a third party courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
Local Delivery Charge
For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL,
we offer a local delivery service.
For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is
£35 ex-VAT.
Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery.
Order Processing Information
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the
next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after
your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once
your order is dispatched.
Weekend Deliveries
Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are
subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to
confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.
Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays
Please note that any orders placed on weekends or bank
holidays will be processed on the next working day. This may affect your
expected delivery time, so we advise placing your order accordingly. For more

your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our
team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your
security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received,
