Delivery Charges and Information

At Insulation UK, we strive to provide clear and transparent
information regarding delivery charges and order processing. Below are the
details of our delivery charges, minimum order requirements, and additional
delivery options.

Delivery Charges

We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order.

For orders up to £500 ex- VAT the delivery charge is £50 ex-VAT

Orders above £500 ex VAT will qualify for free delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Where indicated products are eligible for next day delivery (Monday to Friday), if ordered before 12pm (mid-day). If items not marked as next day are added to the basket, then your order will revert to the standard delivery times as advised on the product page.

Most orders will arrive on a pallet, please ensure there is someone present to accept the delivery. If no-one is present then a failed delivery charge may apply. When a delivery is made by a third party courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

Local Delivery Charge

For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL,
we offer a local delivery service.

For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is
£35 ex-VAT.

Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the
next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after
your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once
your order is dispatched.

Weekend Deliveries

Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are
subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to
confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.

Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays

Please note that any orders placed on weekends or bank
holidays will be processed on the next working day. This may affect your
expected delivery time, so we advise placing your order accordingly. For more
information on delivery times during weekends and holidays, please contact our
customer support team.

Collections

To collect your order, please email us at sales@insulationuk.co.uk with
your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our
team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your
security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received,
your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for
collection.

Product Delivery Times

For the most up-to-date delivery times, please check the product page or contact us directly.

We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours after your order
is placed to confirm delivery times and dates. If you have urgent delivery
needs, please reach out to us for further assistance.
