Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you. Please advise of any access issues on ordering.
In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately and also mark any issues on the delivery slip.

We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.

Pro 30 Fast Track Levelling Compound
A flexible, polymer-modified, single-part, self-smoothing levelling compound suitable for use from featheredge to 30 mm in one application without the requirement for additional aggregate.
It is ideal for encapsulating under-tile heating mats and cables, protecting the heating elements during the tile fixing process, as well as providing a level surface. The product is also suitable for use on timber floors which have been overlaid with 15–18 mm WBP or marine grade plywood.
Featheredge to 30 mm in one application.
Flexible floor leveller with good abrasion resistance.
Suitable for underfloor and under-tile heating.
Can be overlaid onto timber floors.
Can be tiled on after 45 minutes.
Ready to receive impervious floor coverings after 90 minutes.
Typical strength: CT C30-F9.
Applications:
Suitable substrates include concrete, cement:sand screed, anhydrite/ hemihydrate screeds, existing vinyl/ flooring grade asphalt, existing glazed tiles, heated floors and plywood overlay on existing timber floors.
Norcros Prime Bond is recommended on certain substrates, including power-floated concrete and plywood; see technical literature for details. Norcros Key Bond may be used as an alternative on existing glazed tiles and power-floated concrete.
Norcros Wet Seal Tanking Membrane is recommended for use in wet areas (or intermittent wetting such as showers and moisture-sensitive backgrounds).
Norcros Permalayer anti-fracture membrane may be used on newly poured (48 hours) concrete/ power-floated concrete and sand:cement screed.
Under-tile heating cables and mats should be encapsulated in a bed of Norcros Pro 10+ Compound.
Not for external or total immersion applications.

As standard
Technical characteristics:
Compressive strength: 21.8 N/mm² after one day, 28.4 N/mm² after seven days and 35 N/mm² after 28 days.
Setting time at 20°C: 45 minutes for ceramic/ porcelain tiles. 90 minutes for natural stone and soft floor coverings.
Coverage: 4 kg/m² at 3 mm thickness (approximately).
