Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Moffett offload will be used for large bulky deliveries and only when agreed with you. Please advise of any access issues on ordering.
In the unlikely event that your delivery is not correct or damaged please notify us immediately and also mark any issues on the delivery slip.
Where We Deliver
We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical off loads that deliver nationwide. Sometimes we may use 3rd party carriers for smaller orders.
We do not ship to the following postcodes
KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, BT, KY, TR, PL, EX, TQ, HS, ZE

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 5 working days.
However speciality items may take up to 7-10 working days.

Kooltherm K103 Floorboard is a premium performance floor insulation that provides a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/m·K across all thicknesses.
As part of our Kooltherm K100 range, it provides a level of performance that is unrivaled in the world of rigid thermoset insulation materials with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core.
Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP, it is used to insulate beam and block, concrete and timber floors.
Certifications:
The product shall be manufactured: with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP); under a management system certified to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004; BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 50001: 2011; by Kingspan Insulation Limited; and installed in accordance with the instructions issued by them.
Facings:
Kingspan Kooltherm® K103 Floorboard produced at Kingspan Insulation’s Pembridge manufacturing facility is faced on both sides with a glass tissue-based facing, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
Core:
The core of Kingspan Kooltherm® K103 Floorboard is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
